Citi Habitats has opened their new Greenwich Village office, at 665 Broadway.
Spanning 6,100 s/f, the location is the new home base for 100 agents under the direction of senior managing director, Joe Azar and manager, Luciane Pegas.
Said Azar, “I am excited to welcome my agents to the real estate office of the future, as it provides them with every tool they need to be successful. It is also a beautiful space that our clients will love to visit.”
The new, larger state-of-the-art location replaces the Citi Habitats branch at 37 Third Avenue, and features modern open lounge areas, private phone rooms for agent-client phone calls, and ergonomic high-top seating.
Hi-tech conference rooms and client meeting areas are equipped with Apple TV and wireless presentation systems. In addition, the entire office boasts a noise-cancelling audio system which reduces distracting background noise through the use of 42 hidden speakers.
Gary Malin, president of Citi Habitats, said, “We are reimagining what a real estate brokerage looks and feels like, and will continue our campaign to provide all our agents and their clients with innovative, fun and functional workspaces.”
