Chuck Lanyard paints the town


Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, announced that the firm has placed Sherwin Williams at four locations throughout New Jersey.

In Ledgewood, Sherwin Williams filled a 4,700 s/f space, formerly occupied by Sleepy’s, on Route 10. Neil Goldstein represented the landlord and the tenant.

In Hackensack, the paint retailer filled a 4,000 s/f space at Riverfront Shopping Center on South River Street. Goldstein represented Sherwin Williams. The landlord of the property is Equity One JV Sub Riverfront Plaza LLC.

In Fair Lawn, Sherwin Williams took 4,200 s/f space at the Shop Rite Center on River Road. Neil Goldstein and Donald Goldstein represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction. Also in Fairview, Sherwin Williams filled a 4,000 s/f space formerly occupied by Blockbuster Video, at Reservoir Plaza on Anderson Avenue.  Neil Goldstein represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

Sherwin Williams is a Fortune 500 company that manufactures and sells paints.
