On March 3, brokers were in attendance to preview the new model residence by Pembrooke & Ives at The Chatsworth, a development by HFZ Capital Group. Sophia Cicilioni and Michele Hinojos, of the Chatsworth, were present to give tours of the building and model apartments. Guests and brokers enjoyed a wine and cheese tasting by Jacques Azoulay of Gabriella Wines.
