CxRA (aka Catering by Restaurant Associates), the catering division of Restaurant Associates, has just completed a lease to relocate and expand their central catering kitchen.
The new facility will be located at 33-49 and 33-51 62nd Street in Woodside NY, and consists of approximately 12,500 s/f of ground floor area.
The property will provide CxRA with the additional space required to service its extensive corporate and private client base in the metro NYC area while enabling the company to continue its rapid growth.
Menkin Realty Services Inc. represented CxRA in the transaction while Greiner-Maltz Company of New York Inc. represented the landlord, a private investor.
After an extensive renovation of the leased premises, CxRA expects to have the facility fully operational by early spring 2017.
