DONE DEALS: Compass tag team closes on Brooklyn apartment

A tag team of Compass agents sold a two bedroom apartment at The Edge in Brooklyn for the $1.275 million ask in an off market deal.

Eugene Litvak had the listing for #5A at the popular Williamsburg waterfront tower (pictured top).

He said, “Every time my team and I take on a new listing, we reach out to everyone we know who may be interested. We have a massive database of potential buyers.ˮ
Colleague Alex Lavrenov was working with buyers looking for an investment property in Brooklyn.
“When I learned Eugene was putting the unit on the market, I brought them there,ˮ he said. “They had never seen The Edge before and loved everything about it.ˮ
According to Litvak, “Being able to sell property off market is great for our clients. It completely eliminates any risk and hassle of photographing, staging, and showing their home.ˮ
