“We’re building on our strength in New York and the region, and John’s experience as a leader in the industry will position us for continued growth,” said Tod Lickerman, Global President, Cushman & Wakefield.

“We’re excited to have Ron return to our agency leasing practice, where he’ll have an immediate impact on deepening our relationships in the landlord community.”

Santora has held a variety of leadership positions at the local, national and global levels throughout his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield.

As well as Global COO of the firm, he’s held senior management positions such as CEO of the Americas and global head of Cushman & Wakefield’s client services business.

In a press release, C&W said Lo Russo will be responsible for driving and executing agency business on behalf of clients while working closely with  Santora and the firm’s senior brokerage professionals to enhance its agency platform, developing tools, technologies and insights to elevate the client experience.

The moves will be effective December 1, 2016.
