RKF, the exclusive retail leasing agent in Manhattan for Carlo Pazolini, has arranged three long-term leases totaling 13,055 s/f for the European shoe and accessories brand at 410 West 14th Street, 555 Madison Avenue and 1131 Third Avenue.
The three new shops join one existing Manhattan location in SoHo. RKF executive vice president Karen Bellantoni and vice president Beth Rosen represented Carlo Pazolini on all three leases. Bellantoni and Robert K. Futterman also represented the landlord, Amcojor Realty Corp., on the 410 West 14th Street lease.
555 Madison Avenue landlord Rodney Corporation was represented by Steve Soutendijk and Alan Schmerzler of Cushman & Wakefield and 1131 Third Avenue owner, Vornado was represented in-house.
