Sabre Real Estate has arranged a lease in Baldwin, Long Island, for Blink Fitness. Blink Fitness leased 14,443 s/f in the Baldwin Shopping Center at 1745 Grand, Ave., a neighborhood shopping center owned by Rosen Associates Management Corp. This will be the sixth Blink on Long Island.
“The demographics of the Baldwin trade area are ideal for Blink Fitness,ˮ said Jason Siano, who represented Blink with SScott Sher, Stu Fagen and Russel Helbling.
