TF Cornerstone announced Neighborhood Cut and Shave has opened an 801 s/f location on the ground floor of 33 Bond Street, a 714-unit luxury rental building in Downtown Brooklyn.

The barbershop joins a variety of culinary, fitness, and convenience retailers including Chelsea Piers, Devoción coffee shop, Dépanneur Wines, and more.

“Neighborhood Cut and Shave adds to the collection of authentic New York-based retailers offering high-quality products and services at 33 Bond,” said Steve Gonzalez, head of retail leasing at TF Cornerstone. “33 Bond has become a popular destination for our residents and neighbors.”
