Jason Au has launched his own commercial mortgage brokerage firm, Au Consultants, Inc. specializing in the financing of commercial real estate throughout the Greater New York City Area.
Au has spent the past decade working in the private lending and commercial mortgage brokerage arena.
During this time, he also syndicated, managed and serviced multiple portfolios of private loans. Most recently Au was director of finance with Brick Realty Capital.
“Whether securing a loan for $500,000 or $50,000,000, Au Consultants Inc. will bring passion to ‘solving the unsolvable’ along with an unwavering work ethic to the table,” said Au.
Au’s most recent deals have included the refinancing of a 35,000 s/f retail and office building located on Chrystie Street in Manhattan for $18,000,000; The refinancing of a 12,000 s/f commercial loft building located on Bowery in Manhattan for $2,500,000.
Au is a member of the Inter-capital Group, a national alliance of commercial mortgage brokers and bankers.
