JLL was selected by owner Andalex as exclusive leasing agent for Sylvan Corporate Center, located at 910, 920, 930 and 940 Sylvan Avenue in Englewood Cliffs, N.J.
The company will provide a full range of leasing and marketing services for the Class A, 270,000-square-foot office complex.
The JLL professionals overseeing the new assignment include Frank D. Recine, executive managing director, and Nicholas DeCotiss, associate.
“Sylvan Corporate Center offers the highest-quality multi-tenant office space along Englewood Cliffs’ famous ‘Trillion Dollar Mile,” said Recine. “The area is home to the world headquarters of a number of large, multinational corporations. This is the first time in more than 10 years that a block of contiguous office space this large has been available in one of the state’s most highly sought-after submarkets.”
Sylvan Corporate Center comprises four, three-story office buildings, totaling 270,000 square feet of Class A office space, all linked by a central lobby. The first two buildings, 910 Sylvan Avenue and 920 Sylvan Avenue, were constructed in 1988, with 930 Sylvan Avenue and 940 Sylvan Avenue completed in 2007. The office complex includes on-site food service, covered parking and on-site management, as well as state-of-the art telecommunications and infrastructure.

Sylvan Corporate Center is located on Sylvan Avenue, also known as Route 9W, and is directly off of the first exit on the Palisades Parkways. The complex is three miles from the GW Bridge.
