Anbau recently showcased a preview of 155 East 79th Street, a 14-story condominium with interiors exclusively designed by Andrew Sheinman of Pembrooke & Ives. Hosted in Anbau’s new headquarters, overlooking Madison Square Park, the preview offered the brokerage community a first look at the complete overview of the development – including detailed scaled models with corresponding renderings – as well as an opportunity to meet the development team.
Guests enjoyed cocktails and indulged in a range of hors d’oeuvres during presentations by Corcoran Sunshine’s sales team and sales director, Shelley O’Keefe.
155 East 79th Street offers seven full-floor residences, including a three-level penthouse and maisonette. The five duplex homes offer five bedrooms, five baths, and one powder room, while the maisonette offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms, one powder room and private garden. The penthouse includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, one powder room and private landscaped terrace.
All homes feature direct elevator entry, wood-burning fireplaces, grand foyers with custom marble flooring and exceptional lighting design that creates a luminous quality in areas such as the dining room, kitchen and powder room. Prices range from approximately $8.95 to $18 million.
