WHO’S NEWS: Fox Residential adds to growing UES office, Mary Anne Fusco joins Warburg

Fox Residential Group has added Wendy Gordon to its expanding Upper East Side office.

Gordon, whose career has spanned more than two decades as a consultant in the hospitality industry, brings her insight and experience of luxury markets to apartment sales and rentals, primarily in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Prior to joining Fox Residential, she served as a corporate and social events planner, and catering director for such landmark hotels and restaurants as The Plaza Hotel, The New York Palace Hotel, Cipriani and, most recently, The Russian Tea Room.

In addition to finding homes for people, Gordon will continue finding homes for dogs and cats as an animal adoption advocate and long-time volunteer with Barbara Fox’s rescue organization, WOOF!
Gordon holds a B.S. in marketing and business administration from the University of Hartford.

The Corcoran Group announced that Chris Tice has been named Senior Managing Director of the Corcoran Sag Harbor and Montauk offices.

Tice joined Corcoran seven years ago as an agent in the Sag Harbor office.

Prior to joining Corcoran, she held senior sales and marketing positions at Fortune 500 companies including Sony Online Entertainment, American Express and Cablevision, among others.

Tice also has extensive experience as a real estate investor having owned properties in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston and the Hamptons.

Tice is closely tied to the community serving on the Sag Harbor Board of Education and as a volunteer for many local charities.

Brown Harris Stevens, the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, has announced that Sal Capozucca and Jeanette Colegrove have joined the firm at its Park Slope, Brooklyn office.

Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Sal Capozucca and Jeanette Colegrove were licensed brokers with Fillmore.

Sal Capozucca has been a managing broker for more than 30 years. He has been responsible for the contract and closing of more than 3,000 real estate transactions throughout Brooklyn, and more than 200 townhouses and condominiums in the Carroll Gardens community.

Jeanette Colegrove first made her mark on the scene as Fillmore’s Rookie of the Year in 2009. Since then, she has consistently been the top listing agent at Fillmore’s Downtown Brooklyn office and throughout REBNY affiliated Downtown Division.

She has been a member of Fillmore’s coveted Chairman’s Circle. Her team has boasted Top Listings to Contract and Top Closed Sales Volume for 2014 and 2015.

Warburg Realty announced that Mary Anne Fusco has joined the 120-year old firm’s 654 Madison Avenue flagship office.

An 18-year veteran of the industry, Fusco, was most recently at Town residential and, before that, was an executive vice president at Douglas Elliman.

Having handled over $500 million in sales throughout her 18 years in residential real estate, Fusco is a member of the Master Sales Society, and ranked among the top one percent of real estate agents nationwide.

Prior to her career in real estate, she owned and operated several successful businesses in addition to being a high school and college English instructor.

She is actively involved with many organizations and runs a successful annual coat drive that has helped over 13,000 New Yorkers in need.

Weichert Realtors announced the promotions of Robyn Barone, Joe Cubias and Jim Madl to three new regional vice president positions, supervising top regions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets.
To support this expansion, various company-owned residential sales offices within these areas have been realigned to better support Weichert’s customers.

Barone, Cubias and Madl, who each previously served as an assistant regional vice president for the company, will now be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple sales offices and for enhancing regional business as follows:

Robyn Barone, who was previously the manager for Weichert, Realtors’ Summit office, is responsible for Weichert’s offices in New Jersey’s Essex and Union counties and parts of Bergen and Morris counties.
Joe Cubias, who also serves as manager for Weichert, Realtors’ Fort Lee office, now oversees additional offices in New Jersey’s Bergen and Passaic counties and parts of Hudson and Morris counties.

Jim Madl, who is also the manager for Weichert, Realtors’ Bethlehem office, now oversees additional offices in parts of Somerset and Hunterdon counties in New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania.
