Tech firm The Muse takes 18,000 s/f at 1375 Broadway

Lee & Associates NYC LLC has arranged a 10-year lease for The Muse at 1375 Broadway, between 37th and 38th Streets.

Dennis Someck, Executive Managing Director/Principal, and Justin Myers, Managing Director, represented The Muse in its 10-year lease for 17,972 s/f.

The tech-focused job search firm is expanding on the building’s 20th floor, and moving from its current 6,500 s/f office at 151 West 25th Street.

“The Muse initially preferred Nomad, but needed a larger floor plate that is rare in that area,” said Someck.

“The Midtown south corridor south of Times Square has buildings with large floor plates and is also developing into a significant tech corridor, which made it an excellent alternative.”

CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Neil King, Patrice Meagher and Meghan Allen represented the Landlord, Westbrook Partners.

The tenant will take possession of the space in late spring and the landlord is providing a full build-out of the space.
