Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty recently named Christine Cudahy Assistant Sales Manager for its Garden City Office.
Cudahy will be working in tandem with sales manager Claudia Galvin.
In her eight years with DGS, Cudahy has consistently excelled, earning membership in the Gold Circle of Excellence, which recognizes the highest achieving agents. She is also a certified buyers representative.
Prior to joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s, Cudahy spent 10 years in investment banking for UBS. She is a graduate of Providence College with a degree in Accounting.

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty recently named Debra Quinn Petkanas as sales manager of its New Development Division.
Petkanas is a veteran of more than 35 years in the real estate industry, and has long been a top producer at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s.
She is a charter member of the prestigious Gold Circle of Excellence, and has been inducted into the Daniel Gale Hall of Fame.
She is the also the manager of the onsite sales team for the Ritz-Carlton Residences in North Hills, New York, a new development that consists of 244 luxury condominiums that are priced at $1.5 million and above.

Homes By Mara Realty of Syosset has welcomed Jamie Colonna as it newest licensed salesperson.
Previously, Colonna was an advertising sales planner for Scripps Networks Interactive’s Food Network and Cooking Channel where she was responsible for negotiating with advertising buyers seeking commercial space on the networks and closing ad deals.
Colonna started out as a sales assistant for Comcast Networks including E!, Style, G4, Versus, and Golf Channel before eventually becoming a sales planner for Fox Networks’ National Geographic Channel and Nat Geo Wild, both of which were also based out of Manhattan.

Mirador Real Estate has hired Thomas Walker, an Associate Broker, as its Head of Relocation.
Walker comes to Mirador with a total of 14 years of real estate experience specializing in the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets.
He is formerly of Corcoran and Preston NY and has also owned his own international relocation firm, Larkspur International Relocation.
Walker has successfully facilitated both rentals and sales for a diverse clientele that’s ranged from global corporations with full relocation packages, to referrals from past clients with friends coming to New York City on a shoestring budget.
He will be heading up the relocation department for Mirador, specializing in destination services with a focus on home search sales and rentals for Fortune 1000 companies and start-ups.
Originally from Notting Hill, London, Walker attended Derbyshire University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. He has lived in New York City for two decades.
Prior to making real estate his profession, he worked at top design and interactive companies as a graphic designer and production manager.
