Meier moves to Corcoran with his eight-member team including Zachary Rothstein, Matthew Pucker, Jamie Heinlein, Scott Savory, Kate Stewart, and Alana Fried among others.
As part of the nationally ranked, top-producing Hoffman-Meier Team at Douglas Elliman, Meier ranked in the top 0.5 percent of sales volume and gross sales for the past six years, and was named top-producing team at the firm by transactions in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends ranked Meier and his team No. 1 in New York transactions for 2013 and 2014.
Prior to entering the real estate business, Meier enjoyed a successful career in the New York restaurant industry, serving as the Sous Chef of the famed Café des Artistes restaurant and as Chef de Party at the Union Square Café and One If By Land restaurants.

With 10 years of real estate experience, Gannon joins TOWN Residential from Trump International Realty, where he consistently ranked as a top producing agent.
Recognized as a building specialist for the prestigious Trump World Tower, 610 Park Avenue and Trump Palace, Gannon is credited with countless sales and rental transactions across a diverse range of properties and price points with clients including celebrities, hedge fund managers, politicians, and prominent CEOs.

An established real estate professional, Ravet has built a solid career in the industry for the past 11 years.
Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, she spent 11 years at Brown Harris Stevens where she began her real estate career.
Previously, she worked as a trader on Wall Street where she developed her skills in finance.
Ravet is also fluent in English, French and Italian and proficient in Spanish and German.
Originally from Belgium, Ravet studied at the lycées of Belgium and Italy and then at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Today she works with many international clients, including those from Russia, Brazil, France, Europe and South America.
Since the beginning of her career, Ravet has been dedicated to expanding her business and currently has a referral base of over 90 percent.

Houlihan Lawrence announced that associate real estate broker Dianne B. Minogue has been named the top Houlihan Lawrence broker in Dutchess County for 2014, based on units sold per Mid-Hudson MLS.
Minogue, who is consistently ranked in the top one percent of all Dutchess County agents, per Mid-Huston MLS, is based in the firm’s East Fishkill Brokerage Office.
This 2014 distinction is based on the number of homes Minogue sold in 2014, as recorded by the Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service.
A perpetual top agent within Houlihan Lawrence, Minogue’s largest and more notable sales of the year included two river view properties, listed for $1.3 million and $975,000.
Minogue has been a Houlihan Lawrence Emerald Award winner since 2006, and a top agent in the firm’s East Fishkill Brokerage since 2005.

With more than 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Shalhon has proven accomplishments in customer service, program planning, market research, strategic alliances and partnerships.
She specializes in the leasing and sales of luxury Manhattan cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses.
In her new role, Shalhon, 43, will handle all aspects of leasing, sales and marketing efforts for Essential’s 206,000 s/f portfolio, which includes marquee midtown Manhattan addresses such as 40 Central Park South and 41 West 58th Street.
Prior to joining Essential New York, Shalhon served as the in-house leasing agent for Herald Towers.
