Located at 518 Broadway, the 3,500 s/f loft has large front windows overlooking Broadway.

More than 35 of the firm’s leading agents will operate from the office, which has been decorated by Newel, a fourth generation decorative arts firm in New York City.

The customized layout will offer agents and clients a “coffee-shop” experience where comfort is highly fostered. There will be a separate area for training sessions and the office will be equipped with ThinkPad technology.

“RLTY NYC’s presence in SoHo is a symbol of dedication to expanding our brand in Manhattan,” said Benjamin Benalloul, co-founder of RLTY NYC.

In addition, RLTY NYC has partnered with Hoerle-Guggenheim Gallery and its director Philippe Hoerle-Guggenheim to provide fine art advisement services to its clients, as well as curate the Soho office’s in-house exhibition space.

RLTY NYC’s first office and headquarters, located at 555 Madison Avenue, opened in 2014 and the company has since outgrown this space.
