Warren Lewis Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Michael Kawochka has joined the Williamsburg branch as a licensed real estate agent.
Before embarking professionally on a career in real estate, Kawochka worked in serveal fields. Customer service has been the common thread sewing them all together.
As a project manager at Pfizer, he managed million dollar software projects. At Edelman PR Worldwide, his team won three of the top four industry awards.
Active in the community, Kawochka has served on the Greenpoint YMCA Board of Managers since 2003. He is also a member of the New York Technology Council, a regular at the North Brooklyn Breakfast Club, and a past Berry Street Garden volunteer.
He holds a BA from the University at Buffalo, where he double-majored in English and Communication.
He earned his MBA in Computer Information Systems at night from Baruch College.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that luxury specialist Ruben Perez has joined the company’s Sroka Worldwide Team, a global entity specializing in high-end international commercial and residential real estate.

Perez has worked in real estate markets around the globe and forged connections from Malibu to Moscow.
His international experience and perspective will help to grow business for the Sroka Worldwide Team, which is ranked among the top-grossing real estate teams in the country. The team is based out of Elliman’s flagship office at 575 Madison Avenue.
Perez began his career in 2001 at Coldwell Banker’s Sunset Strip office in Beverly Hills and later joined Coldwell Banker’s Previews Beverly Hills North Office.
From there, he launched his international career at the number one luxury real estate brokerage in Paris, France.
Perez speaks Spanish, English, and French.

TOWN Residential announced the arrival of two licensed associate real estate brokers, Glenn Connolly and Mark Ski.
Before TOWN, Glen Connolly was associated with Sotheby’s International Realty for a decade, where he developed a network of local, national and international clients.
He also has represented Manhattan properties covering the gamut of price ranges and has been involved in negotiations involving properties over $30 million.
Detroit native, Mark Ski was previously affiliated with Bond New York Properties where he was Top Sales Producer of 2012 as well as a Diamond Circle Member.
His sales range from $500,000 to $3 million in the real estate, a career he began after 15 years as a performer in musicals, working in the culinary arts, studying in Paris and becoming the executive chef of God’s Love We Deliver.
Ski has three Emmy awards for his work in television, specifically on Martha Stewart Living.
For more than 20 years, he has identified and invested in properties for himself and his family.

William Rousseas, known as “Vasil” among peers, is the newest licensed salesperson to join Syosset’s Homes By Mara Realty.
Rousseas previously worked for more than 30 years within the food service industry.
He was the owner of Old Westbury Diner in Old Westbury. Earlier, he owned and operated Marine Fisheries in Great Neck, of which earned him designation as the Village of Great Neck’s 2002 Businessman Of The Year, and assistant regional manager of Au Bon Pain franchise overseeing the regions of Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
Rousseas holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Business Management from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus.

Sid Whelan is credited with over $190,000,000 in gross real estate sales and was ranked as a top broker during his time at Halstead.
He was also the owner and landlord of several co-op and townhouse properties, additionally accumulating experience as a co-op board President.
Whelan is recognized for his expertise in townhouses and new development condominiums, particularly throughout Upper Manhattan. Notable new development projects that he has sold include The Langston Condominium, The Kalahari and The Dillon.
Reggie Grayson specializes mostly in larger apartments in neighborhoods along the West side of Manhattan, from Hudson Heights to the West Village.
After earning a spot in the prestigious New York City Urban Fellows program, he earned an MBA in Finance and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from NYU.
Recently nominated for Halstead’s ‘Rookie of the Year’ distinction, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
