Zeckendorf Marketing announced the appointment of Louis Buckworth as sales director for 520 Park Avenue, a new 54-story luxury condominium tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects.
Most recently, Buckworth was a broker with Brown Harris Stevens.
He specializes in working with international buyers, sellers and investors in the New York City real estate market.
He was a founding member of Pashby-Buckworth, a team that sold more than $1.5 billion worth of Manhattan real estate, including many of the finest new developments to come to market.
Buckworth has been awarded some of the most prestigious accolades in the industry, including The Wall Street Journal Top 100 Agents for the past three years.
Before relocating from London to New York City, he forged a respected name for himself as a corporate attorney.
Developed by Zeckendorf Development in partnership with Park Sixty, LLC and Global Holdings, 520 Park Avenue is scheduled to commence sales in the spring.

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty appointed top producing agent Carol Szynaka as sales manager, with oversight for the organization’s four East End offices in Cutchogue, Mattituck, Greenport and Shelter Island on Long Island’s North Fork.
Allison Mehan was named assistant manager. Veteran manager Carol Tintle will continue to oversee East End activities as Regional Manager.
Szynaka is one of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s top producers overall and is a member of its Gold Circle of Excellence.
She was top producing agent on the North Fork in 2013, and ranked third in 2014.
Her sales career started in the fashion industry. She ultimately owned her own company, PC Knitwear, which was recognized by Entrepreneur magazine in their Hot 100 Fastest Growing New Small Businesses in America (rated number 45).
Szynaka was also honored at the NYC Mayor’s Office “Bridges to Success Luncheon” in the 25 Fastest Growing Privately-Held Firms category.
She switched careers when she moved to the North Fork to raise her family, and joined Daniel Gale Sotheby’s as a sales person.

Les Newlands, a sales associate for CB New Homes, was recently named Salesperson of the Year and given the prestigious Gold Award by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
The award was presented during the National Sales & Marketing Awards at Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, as part of the NAHB’s annual International Builders’ Show.
The Gold Award was presented to Newlands by a vote of industry peers, in recognition for his exceptional new home sales and buyer conversion at James Place, a new community of townhomes in Morris Township, New Jersey, from builder, Mark Built Homes.
Newlands was previously presented in 2012 with a Silver Award by the NAHB, recognizing his $21.6 million in total sales volume and a 44 percent conversion rate at Summit Place condos in Summit, NJ.
This year, Newlands beat out all homebuilders and brokers selling new homes in the U.S. and Canada with $45.7 million in total sales volume and a 60 percent conversion rate.
Prior to working in real estate, Newlands worked in sales management for pharmaceutical firms.
