The Soho based Manhattes Group has been retained to lease the stand-alone retail buildings located at 55 and 57-59 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
55 Kent Avenue has 2,500 s/f on the ground floor and features 20 foot ceilings, and 57-59 Kent Avenue has 4,800 s/f on the ground floor and features a 15 foot ceiling height. The spaces can be rented together or separately.

The property is located within one block of The Wythe Hotel, Brooklyn Bowl, Brooklyn Brewery and Kinfolk.
There are three new hotel developments and a 400,000 s/f creative office building development all within a block of the property. Smorgasburg and Brooklyn Flea are located across the street in the Bushwick Inlet Park, which contribute to excellent foot traffic.
