de Grelle, is a Belgian who was born and raised in England and has lived in the United States for the past 25 years.
He moved to New York from Miami, where he enjoyed a successful career covering sales, marketing and public relations in the high profile film, yacht and wine industries.
He brings an expertise in building brands and relationships to the New York real estate market.
de Grelle has an MBA from Thunderbird, is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Houlihan Lawrence announce Michele Scaffidi, Anthony J. Leo and Patti J. Howard have joined three of their Westchester County brokerages.
Michele Scaffidi joined Houlihan Lawrence’s Armonk office as a licensed salesperson, having most recently worked in the commercial sector in her family’s real estate company.
After studying business in school, she worked as a legal secretary for several years before turning her attention back to her true passion in property and using her legal knowledge and analytical thinking to help clients achieve their housing goals.
Anthony J. Leo has joined Houlihan Lawrence’s New Rochelle office also as a licensed salesperson.
He was drawn to real estate for the entrepreneurial aspect of the career. Growing up in Yonkers and currently residing in Pelham Manor, he is knowledgeable of the area and all its nuances.
Patti J. Howard has joined Houlihan Lawrence’s Bedford office bringing several years of experience as a broker in the community and 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
After receiving her undergraduate degree from Emory and law degree from Hofstra, Howard practiced at firms in New York City and Westchester County, with an emphasis on contract and real estate-related litigation.

Jeff Vogel, vice president and associate broker will be BOND’s latest Team Leader.
He comes to BOND with over 30 years of experience in real estate, including buying and selling properties on Long Island.
Prior to joining BOND, he was a vice president and associate broker at Citi-Habitats where he was involved in Corporate Relocation. In his eight years with that company he was awarded many awards including, “Top Rentals Broker of the Year”
In addition, BOND has also recently hired three other agents formerly of Citi-Habitats.

Matt Rand, managing partner of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty announced that award-winning real estate veteran Laurie DiFrancesco has joined the firm.
DiFrancesco, a Realtor® for 28 years, is a licensed associate broker, formerly of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New City, NY and Ramsey, NJ.
Among her many achievements in real estate, DiFrancesco served as president of the Rockland County Board of Realtors (RCBOR) for two terms and was a director for 11 years.
She was named RCBOR Realtor Associate of the Year in 1992 and Realtor of the Year in 1997.
DiFrancesco has been a New York State Department of State approved instructor for real estate continuing education and qualifying courses since 1990.
At the state level, DiFrancesco has served on or chaired numerous committees and working groups
DiFrancesco will be working out of BHG Rand Realty’s Suffern office.

Warburg Realty announced that Doug Williford is now part of the brokerage team at 100 Hudson Street, the firm’s Tribeca office.
Williford joined Warburg two years ago, supporting the business initiatives of two of its top executives, Frederick W. Peters and Jane Bayard.
During this time, he began to develop his own industry relationships, and has successfully transitioned this opportunity into his current position as a full-time agent.
In his first year alone, he closed deals totaling over $5 million dollars for apartments and townhouses in Manhattan and Brooklyn. So far this year, he has completed more than $15 million worth of residential real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Warburg, Mr. Williford spent a decade working as an actor, who was featured in film, television and commercial projects.
He holds a BBA in Marketing from Mercer University.

Bibbo brings more than 25 years of new home sales experience to Highrose Ridge with a focus on guiding homebuyers through the homeownership process.

Dworkin has worked in sales within various industries. She was a salesperson for Closet Factory before working as a traffic reporter with Metro Traffic in Manhattan, NY. She also worked in advertising sales at E! Entertainment and Lifetime networks, both in Manhattan, NY.
Dworkin is George Washington University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
