
Warburg Realty, one of Manhattan’s oldest residential real estate companies, has announced plans to open a new corporate headquarters at 654 Madison Avenue.
The new 7,000 s/f office at 654 Madison Avenue will occupy an entire floor designed by architect Chandler Pierce. The location will include a new training center for Warburg U, the firm’s professional development program.
Agents currently based in the 969 Madison Avenue office will move to 654 Madison Avenue. The firm will retain the 969 Madison Avenue location.After a complete renovation, the members of the Warburg team currently working at the 30 E 76th Street office will move into the 969 Madison Avenue space. The move into the 654 Madison Avenue office is expected to be complete by February 2013.
