Video: An inside look at Moinian’s planned 3 Hudson Boulevard tower

Moinian which has just started construction on its 3 Hudson Boulevard tower, is already offering an inside look at its newest project.

The video, which can be found below, offers views of the planned building’s façade, lobby and office interiors. One it’s built, the tower will stretch to 66 stories and provide approximately two million square feet of space. The tower was designed by Dan Kaplan of FXFOWLE Architects. It is set to occupy an entire square block between 11th Avenue and Hudson Boulevard Park from West 34th Street to West 35th Street.

According to an earlier report, Moinian is already in talks with at least three possible anchor tenants, one of whom may take one million square feet of space. The company, along with its financial backers is expected to spend as much as $100 million for the building’s foundation.
