May 18: The New York Building Congress will host its 95th Anniversary Leadership Awards Luncheon at the New York Hilton Midtown, 1335 Avenue of the Americas,. The event honors Sciame Construction LLC President Joseph G. Mizzi, Metropolitan Transportation Authority Chairman and CEO Thomas F. Prendergast, and RXR Realty Chairman and CEO Scott Rechler, who will receive the Jack and Lewis Rudin Award for Service to New York City.
