NYBC Luncheon

May 18: The New York Building Congress will host its 95th Anniversary Leadership Awards Luncheon at the New York Hilton Midtown, 1335 Avenue of the Americas,. The event honors Sciame Construction LLC President Joseph G. Mizzi, Metropolitan Transportation Authority Chairman and CEO Thomas F. Prendergast, and RXR Realty Chairman and CEO Scott Rechler, who will receive the Jack and Lewis Rudin Award for Service to New York City. The luncheon is chaired by Brookfield Property Group Chairman Ric Clark and Con Edison Chairman and CEO John McAvoy.  The journal is chaired by HNTB Corporation Northeast Division President Michael J. YMBA Luncheon

ULI Panel

May 18: ULI New York will host a panel discussion on the future of inclusionary zoning and how it will change the face of affordable housing development in New York City. The panel will be moderated by Stockton Williams, executive director of the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing, which is active on nationwide research on inclusionary zoning policies and best practices.
