“In addition to growing our stellar team of agents, we look forward to focusing on new developments as part of our continued expansion strategy.”

Beginning October 1, Urban Compass will occupy the entire 14th floor, totaling 10,700 s/f, at 390 Park Avenue, a landmark building designed by Gordon Bunshaft.

In addition to its Park Avenue location between 53rd and 54th Streets, 390 Park Avenue’s glass-enclosed lobby hosts the renowned Lever House Art Collection, and has been the venue for numerous contemporary art exhibitions.

RFR co-founder and principal, and renowned art aficionado Aby Rosen and private dealer Alberto Mugrabi conceived the Lever House Art Collection in 2003 as a special amenity for the building.

“We welcome Urban Compass to our Manhattan portfolio, first in the thriving Union Square/ Flatiron neighborhood at 90 Fifth Avenue earlier this year, and now at Lever House, a truly world-class address,” said Rosen. “We’re pleased to help set the stage for Urban Compass’ expansion and future success.”

Steve Morrows of RFR represented the landlord.
