Swiss Watchmaker Tissot announced it will open its first ever watch boutique in the United States, at 666 Fifth Avenue.
Expected to open in mid-August, the Tissot store will be located in New York City’s Rockefeller center neighborhood.
“New York City’s Fifth Avenue is an iconic shopping mecca known internationally for its display of the world’s most famous brands” said François Thiébaud, Tissot president. “Tissot is proud to have its first U.S. boutique in this prominent location, and our aim is to provide both local New Yorkers and visiting guests alike with luxury quality products at affordable prices.”
The new boutique will feature a clock display highlighting Tissot’s world-renowned touch watch design. This will be the second iconic clock Tissot has contributed to New York City, the first being the lobby clock found in Madison Square Garden.
