The Estate Companies Obtains Unanimous Site Plan Approval for Soleste Palm Station Luxury Rental Community in Downtown West Palm Beach

The Estate Companies (EIG), a leading developer of luxury multi-family projects throughout South Florida, has obtained site plan approval for Soleste Palm Station, featuring two 8-story buildings with 321 luxury rental apartments, located at 520 N. Rosemary Ave. in downtown West Palm Beach. The City’s Downtown Action Committee voted unanimously in favor of the project on April 12th. The firm plans to break ground July 2023.

“We’d like to thank the City of West Palm Beach and staff for their support,” stated Jeffrey Ardizon, principal, The Estate Companies. “This project serves the gateway to the expansion of the North Downtown area.”

Totaling 298,371 square feet, Soleste Palm Station will deliver a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments ranging from 330 to 1,265 square feet.

Apartments will feature sleek and spacious modern kitchens, elegant Quartz countertops, gourmet stainless steel appliances, designer lighting and sprawling terraces with city views. Keyless entry and spacious walk-in closets add to the daily conveniences.

Like all projects within the Soleste Living brand portfolio, Soleste Palm Station will offer a vast collection of health and wellness offerings and social components thoughtfully designed to create a true luxury living experience and foster connection. In addition to a resort-style pool with cabanas and health club with yoga, spin and aerobics rooms and on-demand fitness, the development will include a social and gaming lounge, cyber lobby with co-working spaces, dog park and pet washing station, dry cleaning and laundry services, fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen, and electric car charging stations.

“Soleste Palm Station will deliver vibrant new energy to the neighborhood,” added Nicholas Diaz-Silveira, senior development associate, The Estate Companies. “We have spent a tremendous amount of time curating every detail of this project to accommodate the lifestyle and experience tenants are looking for, as time evolves needs change.”

Soleste Palm Station is nestled in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach, just minutes from the Brightline high-speed train station and less than a mile from Rosemary Square, the 72-acre neighborhood with expanded programmable public green spaces, state-of-the-art Class A commercial office, diverse, experiential retail and culinary offerings, and robust arts and culture programming. The site is very well positioned on one of the last vacant parcels in the core of downtown West Palm Beach.

The Estate Companies is one of Florida’s largest and most active multi-family development firms with more than 4,000 rental units and 153,000 square feet of commercial space in the pipeline across 18 communities throughout the tri-county region. The firm recently completed Alture Westland, a hotel conversion in Hialeah, and Miami’s first large-scale, ground-up opportunity zone development, Soleste Grand Central in Downtown Miami. Development is nearing completion on Soleste Spring Gardens in Miami’s historic health district.

In addition to West Palm Beach, the firm has numerous projects in various stages of development, including two in North Miami Beach, three in Hollywood, Dania Beach, Lauderhill, Pompano Beach and Riviera Beach, among others. For information on The Estate Companies, please visit www.eigfl.com or www.solesteliving.com
