TerraCRG brings Barclays neighbor to market

TerraCRG, a Brooklyn-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has been retained as the exclusive agent for the lease of the retail space directly across the street from the Barclays Center, at 166 Flatbush Avenue.

Ofer Cohen, founder and president of TerraCRG, Dan Marks and Joey Terzi are exclusively representing the owner.

166 Flatbush Avenue is sandwiched between Shake Shack and the soon to open True Religion retail store. It offers 3,700 s/f on the ground floor and 3,700 s/f on the basement level. The building has 38 ft of frontage on Flatbush Avenue and 15 ft high ceilings on the ground floor.

Earlier this year, TerraCRG leased both Patsy’s Pizzeria and Doughnut Plant their first Brooklyn locations just blocks from the property.

“166 Flatbush presents a prime opportunity for a restaurant, bar, or flagship retail store to open a location in one of the best locations in New York City,” says Dan Marks, VP of Investment Sales & Leasing at TerraCRG. “The demand for retail around the Barclays Center combined with the limited availability makes this an extremely rare opportunity,” Marks adds.
