TerraCRG, a Brooklyn-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has been retained as the exclusive agent for the lease of the retail space directly across the street from the Barclays Center, at 166 Flatbush Avenue.

166 Flatbush Avenue is sandwiched between Shake Shack and the soon to open True Religion retail store. It offers 3,700 s/f on the ground floor and 3,700 s/f on the basement level. The building has 38 ft of frontage on Flatbush Avenue and 15 ft high ceilings on the ground floor.
Earlier this year, TerraCRG leased both Patsy’s Pizzeria and Doughnut Plant their first Brooklyn locations just blocks from the property.
