City brokers gathered for sunset cocktails at 93 Worth’s Penthouse 7 – the largest of the seven penthouses in the building, developed by IGI-USA. Currently on the market for $9.9 million, the penthouse terrace offers views of the midtown skyline and World Trade Center. 93 Worth is over 95 percent sold and was one of the first buildings along the Broadway corridor of Tribeca.
