Stark Office Suites, the flexible executive office space provider, has acquired assets of The Private Office, Inc. and entered into a long-term lease for 20,550 s/f of office space at 800 Westchester Avenue in Rye Brook.
With the addition of 800 Westchester Avenue, coupled with Stark’s October 1 opening of its Greenwich, CT, facility and recent expansions in New York City and White Plains, the company has grown its footprint by over 50 percent over the past year.
Stark now operates more than 150,000 s/f as one of the 20 largest executive office suite businesses in the country. It plans to outfit the new space with signature Stark features found within the company’s seven tri-state locations.
