Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren of Savitt Partners have negotiated a 12,000 s/f, long-term lease for marketing analytics firm Crossix Solutions.
Schoen and Neugeboren represented the tenant in the transaction, while Jay Casely and Doug Regal of ABS Partners acted on behalf of the building ownership. Asking rents at the property are $48 per square foot.
“As a result of sustained company growth, Crossix is moving from a 7,000 s/f space on the 17th floor of 1001 Avenue of the Americas to its more spacious office on the 5th floor of the centrally located building,” said Schoen.
“This new space will better house the firm’s growing requirements.”
