TOWN Residential, Bluerock Real Estate, Ismael Leyva Architects, David Collins Studio, and Victor Homes came together on October 29, 2013 to celebrate the launch of their collaborative new development project, The Charles, the first ever full-floor high-rise condominium, located at 1355 First Avenue on the Upper East Side.
The event was held in the penthouse of The London Hotel, designed by David Collins Studio, the interior designer of The Charles. The groups celebrated not only the launch, but the immediate success within the property. In the first month after opening, several units were sold totaling to roughly $73 million in revenue.
