Winick Realty Group announced that President Steven E. Baker, Kenneth Hochhauser and CEO Jeff Winick have been named the exclusive brokers marketing two retail availabilities on the West 57th Street residential superblock.
The team is marketing tow spaces at the base of the Durst Organization’s Helena 57 WEST, located at 601 West 57th Street on the superblock which stretches from 11th to 12th Avenues and 57th to 58th Streets.
Helena 57 WEST, the first building completed at 57 WEST, sits on the corner of West 57th Street and 11th Avenue and includes 597 residential units.
Below those units, Baker and Hochhauser are marketing 4,744 s/f of corner retail that is currently occupied by HSBC. The storefront features 85 feet of frontage on 11th Avenue and an additional 40 feet of frontage on 57th Street.
An additional 2,437 s/f retail availability with 41 feet of 57th Street frontage is currently being built and will
be available in the second quarter of 2016.
“The area along 11th Avenue and Riverside Boulevard from West 57th Street to West 70th Street is booming. More than 12,000 apartments either already exist or are being built, with household incomes averaging over $115,000,” said Baker.
