Sales get underway at 200 E79th Skyline Developers, LLC announced the start of sales at 200 East 79th Street.

Designed by CetraRuddy, the 19-story development will house 39 apartments.
“200 East 79th Street is perfectly situated between Central Park and East River, making it the ideal place to live in and enjoy all the benefits that the Upper East Side has to offer,” noted Orin Wilf, president of Skyline Developers, which also developed 170 East End Avenue, one of the Upper East Side’s signature condominium developments.
The corner building has a facade of Indiana Limestone, granite and textured stone with ornamental accents at window openings. The lobby was designed to suggest old world elegance but has been executed in a “modern vernacularˮ with Sapele wood paneled walls and bronze frosted mirrors.
The homes have “large architecturally-proportioned windows,ˮ grand entertainment spaces, eat-in kitchens, dining rooms, family rooms, laundry rooms and “generousˮ closet and storage space. Terraces are located at the upper portion of the building.
