Savills Studley represents VidMob and Chipotle in Flatiron sublease

Savills Studley today announced the successful completion of a sublease transaction for VidMob and Chipotle Mexican Grill at 126 Fifth Avenue.

VidMob is the world’s leading video creation platform with a global network of professional creatives who produce a full spectrum of video content. The company had outgrown its 6,400-square-foot offices at 54 Thompson Street and tapped Savills Studley tenant representation brokers Scott Bogetti and Sean Hoffman, as well as Christopher Thompson of Savills Studley’s Integrated Consulting Strategies practice, to devise a solution.

Following a thorough evaluation of relocation options, the Savills Studley team determined a sublease opportunity at 126 Fifth Avenue in New York City’s Flatiron District as the optimal solution. VidMob will sublease 13,700 square feet from Chipotle, which is relocating its operations from Denver, Colorado to Newport Beach, California and Columbus, Ohio.

“We secured VidMob a workplace that will help them attract talent and support continued expansion,” said Bogetti. “VidMob’s new home is perfectly located in Manhattan’s most desirable office market for creative companies, and was fully built, furnished and wired, enabling the company to move in immediately.”

Bogetti, Hoffman and Thompson represented VidMob in the transaction. Savills Studley’s Nick Zarnin represented Chipotle locally alongside Denver-based colleague Greg Bante.
