Renderings revealed for Brooklyn’s Hoyt Street development

The first renderings and details for Brooklyn’s newest residential tower at 11 Hoyt were released by Tishman Speyer today.

The building, to launch sales in the summer, features more than 480 apartments and 50,000-square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. 11 Hoyt was designed by award-winning architecture and urban design firm, Studio Gang, under the direction of the company’s founding principal Jeanne Gang and is the firm’s first residential project in New York City.

11 Hoyt will feature interior design by  London-based firm Michaelis Boyd Associates and landscape design by AD100, New York-based Hollander Design. The building also features 190 different floorplans and offers residents the opportunity for a “one-of-a-kind” home in a large residential development.

“11 Hoyt is destined to become Downtown Brooklyn’s most desirable new address. We are honored to collaborate with such a talented group of globally-minded and innovative design partners to launch our first ground up condominium offering in New York City,” said Rob Speyer, CEO of Tishman Speyer. “The combination of 11 Hoyt’s world-class design, unmatched amenity space and convenient, highly coveted location make this development truly one-of-a-kind.”

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is managing all sales and marketing efforts for 11 Hoyt.
