Printing firm Alpina Digital takes 1,500 s/f at 134 East 28th St.

Eastern Consolidated’s Retail Leasing Division has arranged a 10-year, 1,500 s/f lease at 134 East 28th Street in Murray Hill for Alpina Digital Print & Graphic Communications, which is relocating from 102 Madison Avenue.

James Famularo, Ravi Idnani and Jacob Althaus represented Alpina. The building owner, 134 East 28th Holdings LLC, was represented by Jay Futersak and Karen Close of Circle Realty.

“Alpina has been a neighborhood institution for over 15 years, so it was critical to find a new location near its current site where the business can continue serving its long-time customers,” Famularo said.

Althaus added, “The ground floor storefront in the newly constructed building at 134 East 28th Street is an ideal location for Alpina, and will give local residents and businesses easy access to printing services in a highly desirable space.”

Alpina is locally owned firm offering offset and digital printing, direct mail and other services
