Outdoor furniture showroom Oasiq has leased 5,000 s/f of retail space at 42 Greene Street in SoHo.
Zar Property NY said the tenant will occupy a lower level retail space with a private entrance directly on street level. The location will open in mid-August and the tenant will be relocating from 242 East 58th Street.
According to OASIQ’s website, “This home-decor showroom displays unique, modern & weatherproof patio furniture crafted by hand.”
Greene Street is well known for European home furnishing and décor retailers with other furniture brands in the immediate vicinity including Hastens, Flou, & Gandia Blasco.
The tenant was represented by Keith Copley & Pascual Ortiz of Compass. David Zar represented his firm in-house.
