NYC Luxury Condo Building 14 Second Avenue Officially Launches Sales; First Contract Signed

Station Companies announced today that sales have officially launched at 14 Second Avenue, a boutique luxury condominium building featuring 10 full-floor residences with private elevator access in downtown Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhood – the East Village. The building is designed by Hustvedt Cutler Architects and the façade is designed by Garrison Architects. 14 Second Avenue is located at the corner of Second Avenue and Houston Street, and in the heart of downtown Manhattan. It’s just steps to the East Village, SoHo, Lower East Side, NoHo and the Bowery and situated across the street from the gardens of Sara D. Roosevelt Park.

Ariel Tirosh of Tirosh & Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate is exclusively handling the marketing and sales for the project and have already signed a contract for a full-floor residence located on the 7th floor of the building signaling strong buyer interest.

The residences at 14 Second Avenue consist of 10, full-floor homes with private elevator access and tremendous views. Select homes offer private outdoor terraces and private storage. The two-to-three-bedroom residences range in size from approximately 1,478 to 1,673 square feet, with asking prices starting at approximately $2.76 million. The penthouse residences which feature 1,478 square feet of interior space and unique private outdoor spaces are listed for just under $4 million.

“14 Second Avenue offers beautiful full-floor residences with three exposures for abundant natural light, open floor plans for entertaining, elegant finishes, and private elevator access,” said Daniel Vislocky, Founder of Station Companies. “The building rises above the surrounding green space and parks and features both treetop views and unobstructed views of the city in addition to a fully furnished rooftop terrace perfect for lounging or barbecuing.”

The light filled open interiors at 14 Second Avenue feature a timeless design. The residences exude sophistication and offer open living rooms with expansive windows providing abundant natural light, floor-to-ceiling energy-efficient triple-pane windows, and beautiful wide-plank European oak wood floors. Other highlights of the homes include contactless key fob entry, an in-unit washer-dryer that vents out, a kitchen hood that vents out, multi-zone split-system heating and cooling, plus a fresh-air ventilation system.  Both penthouses have private outdoor space and offer 360-degree skyline views.

The contemporary kitchens are tailored to the chef, styled with custom Italian cabinets by Dom Interiors, Laminam Ceramic countertops with tempered-back painted etched backsplashes, sleek dark matte Dornbracht fixtures, and premium integrated appliances by Miele and Bosch Including a cooking hood that vents out, and a 23-bottle undercounter wine cooler.

The primary bathrooms are clad in honed marble and are impeccably appointed with upscale fixtures, custom glass showers and Zuma soaking tub, and radiant floor heating.

The building features a striking modern façade and significant south facing natural light paired with an expansive rooftop space that’s ideal for intimate evenings or small gatherings. From the common rooftop terrace, residents can enjoy full city views and views overlooking Sara D. Roosevelt Park and have access to a built-in outdoor BBQ. 14 Second Avenue also offers a state-of-the art fitness room, package room, and virtual doorman.

14 Second Avenue was built with energy efficiency in mind. Con Edison’s Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program issued a rebate to Station Companies in the amount of $200,000 for energy savings released by the advanced HVAC system and building envelope insulation. This initiative demonstrates Station Companies’ commitment to environmental responsibility and will result in cost savings on utilities for the future homeowners at 14 Second Avenue.

“Every detail has been thoughtfully considered at 14 Second Avenue, presenting a rare and unique opportunity to live in a private, full-floor home in a boutique building with a great location,” said Ariel Tirosh, licensed real estate broker and founder of Tirosh & Team at Douglas Elliman. “The building is located in the energetic heart of downtown Manhattan and is moments to NYC’s best restaurants, shops and entertainment.”

Located at the crossroads of Manhattan’s NoHo, East Village, Nolita and Lower East Side neighborhoods, 14 Second Avenue is near some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, shops, and museums. Just across the street, residents can connect with nature in the gardens of Sara D. Roosevelt Park, do a quick shop at Whole Foods, or hop on the subway to explore other parts of the NYC. The F subway line is right across the street, and the B/D/F/M, E/R/W, 4/6, and J/Z trains are only minutes away.

14 Second Avenue is anticipated to complete construction in March with immediate occupancy slated for spring 2023. For more information, visit
