Rose to lease The Alexander
Rose Associates has been named the exclusive managing agent at The Alexander at Rego Center, a new luxury rental property at 61-55 Junction Boulevard in Rego Park, Queens.
The 27-story property offers 312 apartments in studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts. Leasing is now underway, with immediate occupancy available.

Corinthian Collection debuts
Gaia Real Estate announced the unveiling of The Corinthian Collection by Andrés Escobar and the completion of the first model residence.
The Corinthian Collection is a group of 144 residences within The Corinthian Condominium, the 57-story multi-curved-facade buildingin Murray Hill.
Situated on East 38th Street and First Avenue, The Corinthian is blocks from the Chrysler Building, New York Public Library and the United Nations.
The development team tapped the Escobar to modernize the residences and all of the building’s interior hallways.

Development partners Continental Ventures and Pinewood Development announced that Barn & Vine, a collection of 37 homes in Bridgehampton, has passed the 50 percent sold milestone.

Baccarat hits $300M in sales
Starwood Capital Group and Tribeca Associates announced hat Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York has reached the 80 percent sold milestone.
Sales at the 50-story tower located total over $300 million to date.
Recent sales include a full-floor, four-bedroom residence for $23 million.
The building features 59 private homes atop a 114-room luxury hotel, the global flagship for Baccarat Hotels.
“This is truly an exciting sales milestone for Baccarat Hotel & Residences,” said Mark Gordon, Managing Partner of Tribeca Associates.
