Historic moment in Cobble Hill
Stribling Marketing Associates has announced the launch of sales at the eight-unit residential building located at 173 Amity Street in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.

Sterling achievement in Crown Heights
Adam America Real Estate (AARE) and the Horizon Group announced that 500 Sterling, at 500 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, is now more than 75 percent leased.
The new seven-story, 77-unit rental property is comprised of studios, one- and two-bedroom homes and features a suite of amenities.

Renters flock to Bluejay building
New Crown Heights rental, 341EPW, is 65 percent leased after launching in mid-July with aptsandlofts.com.
The eight-story building, developed by BlueJay Management, is located at 341 Eastern Parkway at the corner of two prominent Brooklyn thoroughfares, Eastern Parkway and Franklin Avenue.
The white brick façade, designed by the Meshberg Group, is accented by stone arches and decorative cornices. Modern interiors feature clean lines, high ceilings, large windows and upscale finishes.

Larchmont gets new condo
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been selected to exclusively handle the sales and marketing for Larchmont’s first new construction luxury condominium in 25 years, The Cambium.
Located at 10 Byron Place, right in the center of town, the eight-story luxury residence will have 149 homes.
Gabe Pasquale, executive vice president of Elliman’s Westchester brokerage, will be leading the sales effort, along with Susan Joyce and Deborah Fugazy of Douglas Elliman’s Scarsdale office.
Developed by Byron Place Associates, Ceres Realty Group is managing the development.
The Cambium will offer one- and two-bedroom residences and a collection of penthouses on eight residential floors.
