Central Park West rentals hit market
Bohemia Realty Group has been tapped as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Park Hill, a Central Park West rental building with 45 renovated apartments.

Located at 471-476 Central Park West, between 107th and 108th Streets in Manhattan Valley, availabilities include studio apartments from $2,500; one-bedroom apartments from $2,800; two-bedroom apartments from $3,900; and three-bedroom apartments from $4,995.

Sales launch at new Waverly Brooklyn
Orange Management has launched sales at luxury condominium development, Waverly Brooklyn in Clinton Hill.
The development, located at 500 Waverly Avenue, has been designed by GKV Architects as a seven-story, 48-unit building with a façade comprised of architectural concrete ‘picture frames,’ hand-laid Norman brick and custom windows. 37 residences will be market-rate.
Residences, which range from studios to four-bedroom homes, include penthouses and other units with private terraces.

Closings underway at Navy Green
Dunn Development Corp. and L+M Development Partners announced that closings are in progress at The Townhouses at Navy Green.
100 percent of phase one townhouses on Clermont Ave. (Nos 17-35) are sold and more than 50 percent of phase two townhouses on Vanderbilt Ave. (Nos. 14-38) sold.
Halstead Property Development Marketing is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for Navy Green, a collection of 23 townhouses and 98 condominiums near the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.

Ritz sales brisk
Sales at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Westchester in White Plains have been brisk through the first half of 2016, with 16 residences sold in the six-month period for a total of $24.2 million.
Only 21 units remain available in the 42-story Tower II, which features 12 distinct floor plans ranging from 1,489 to 5,400 s/f.
The residences are priced from $960,000 to $4.5 million.
