SL Green Realty Corp. announced that Music Choice has renewed its 52,959 s/f lease covering the entire second floor at 328 West 34th Street, also known as The Olivia.
Music Choice programs music and produces music-related content for digital cable television, mobile phone and cable modem users.
The Olivia is a 36-story, 493,000 s/f building located between Eighth and Ninth Avenues with a combination of mixed uses, which include commercial space, retail space anchored by an AMC Lowes cinema complex and 333 residential rental units above.
Jason Gorman of CBRE represented Music Choice, while David Amsterdam of SL Green represented the landlord in-house.
