The Adler Group, owner of 550 Seventh Avenue, has secured a three-year lease renewal totaling 8,200 s/f for Badgley Mishka.
“The Garment District has a longstanding reputation for attracting fashion tenants, but we have also seen interest from the creative sector at 550 Seventh Avenue and our other property, 475 10th Avenue,” said Kristin Fisher, president of the Adler Group, noting that a Kaufman leasing team is marketing four, full-floor spaces, formerly occupied by Donna Karan.
Fisher represented the ownership in the latest lease. Michael Joseph, of Colliers International, represented Badgley Mischka. Asking rents were in the $60’spsf range.
Kaufman’s Michael Heaner, partner and Sam Stein, senior associate are marketing four spaces each at approximately 12,015 s/f with open layouts, full-floor workspaces, all-glass offices, and windows that allow natural light.
