RKF has arranged a 1,905 s/f lease for Mirage Kitchen, a new quick-service Middle Eastern eatery, at 455 Park Avenue South in Midtown South.
Located between 30th and 31st Streets, and expected to open in early 2015, Mirage Kitchen’s new restaurant includes 1,233 s/f on the ground floor and 672 s/f in the lower level. This will be the tenant’s second location, after recently opening iat 100 Seventh Avenue South in the West Village.
The transaction was arranged by RKF associate Yanni Marmarou, who represented the tenant, while RKF’s Joshua Strauss, executive vice president, and senior associate David Abrams acted on behalf of the landlord, Pan Am Equities, Inc.
“This is an ideal location for Mirage given its strong co-tenancy and heavy pedestrian traffic from office workers and residents alike,” said Marmarou who noted that nearby tenants include Cosi, Chipotle, Guy & Gallard, and a brand new Lenwich by Lennys’s on the corner of East 31st Street.
