TCG partners Jonathan Tootell and Rory Murphy, senior vice president David Stockel, and vice president Chase Gordon represented Wire Stone in the transaction.

“It was important for Wire Stone to have a collaborative, open-space layout, and the space at 48 W. 25th St. matched the agency’s creative brand image,” said Gordon. “The new space also gives the agency room to grow and recruit top talent.”

Wire Stone relocated from 31 West 27th St. where it occupied the entire 12th floor.

“This new space has a great feel and is perfect for the team-driven solutions we develop for our clients,” said Steve Caputo, VP, Managing Director, Wire Stone NY. “We’ve been in the neighborhood for years and consciously looked to stay in the thriving area.”

Allyson Bowen and Christina Bicks of Savills Studley represented the subleasor, Story Worldwide.
