Lee & Associates NYC has been awarded the exclusive agency for two corner ground-level community-use spaces in Extell Development’s 50 Riverside Boulevard.
Brad Schwarz, Richard Rosenthal and Leonard Zimmerman will market the space in the property, which is also known as One Riverside Park.
The much acclaimed residential tower features 218 luxury condo. Of the two commercial spaces being marketed by the Lee NYC team, one is on the southeast corner of 62nd Street and contains 1,567 s/f; and the other is located on the northeast corner of 61st Street and contains approximately 1,325 s/f.
Extell’s positioning of the two ground level units for community use is a direct reflection of its long-term commitment to the neighborhood.
