Lee & Associates NYC has been awarded the exclusive agency for two corner ground-level community-use spaces in Extell Developmentās 50 Riverside Boulevard.
Brad Schwarz, Richard Rosenthal and Leonard Zimmerman will market the space in the property, which is also known as One Riverside Park.
The much acclaimed residential tower features 218 luxury condo. Of the two commercial spaces being marketed by the Lee NYC team, one is on the southeast corner of 62nd Street and contains 1,567 s/f; and the other is located on the northeast corner of 61st Street and contains approximately 1,325 s/f.
Extellās positioning of the two ground level units for community use is a direct reflection of its long-term commitment to the neighborhood.
āThe Riverside South submarket is home to a strong community of affluent families which serve as a built-in client base,ā said Schwarz.
āThis area is already dense with high-end residential development, but several large projects on West 57th Street combined with five high-rise towers in Riverside Center will bring nearly 5,000 more luxury units, retail, dining and open spaces to the area directly to the south of
50 Riverside Blvd. All of which makes these two community-use spaces perfectly situated to attract a captive audience.ā
Rosenthal added, āSpecialty healthcare, dentistry, childcare or tutoring practices are prime examples of uses that would be positive additions to the neighborhood. In addition, the Collegiate School is relocating next door, which has already generated a lot of excitement.ā
The space is available for immediate occupancy. Asking rent is $95 per square foot.
