KBS Realty Advisors and its affiliated companies announced that two properties have received high ratings for sustainability.
The Metropolitan Center, One Meadowlands Plaza, East Rutherford, NJ, achieved LEED EB Gold certification in 2011 and an EnergyStar rating in 2012.
And 600 Campus Drive, part of the Park Avenue at Morris County campus in Florham Park, NJ, which achieved LEED EB certification and a 2012 EnergyStar rating in 2012.
“KBS continues to demonstrate a genuine commitment to sustainability, and we are pleased that our properties successfully reflect our mission,” said Randi Kaufman, KBS senior vice president.
“It is our goal to provide state-of-the-art energy efficient environments for our tenants and these two properties are now ranked among the top office assets in the nation.”
Both properties are represented by CBRE leasing and property management teams. The asset services team includes Helen Samuelson, director, as well as Eva M. DeForest, RPA, general manager and Madeline Mercado, real estate manager, at Metropolitan Center; and Thomas M. Lynch, CPA, senior real estate manager and Jodi Giglio, real estate manager, at Park Avenue.
CBRE’s leasing representatives for Metropolitan Center are Patrick Murphy, vice chairman; Greg Barkan and Donald Sperling, senior vice presidents; Robert Norton, senior associate; and Supriya Kota, client services specialist.
The team in place at Park Avenue includes Murphy, Barkan, and Kota.
