Muss Development has arranged a long-term, full-floor expansion and relocation for Frank Blancato LLC at 64 West 48th Street, the developer’s 17-story, 130,000 s/f office building near Rockefeller Center.
Frank Blancato — a noted jeweler who currently leases approximately 3,918 square feet on the 16th floor — is expanding and relocating within the building.
The tenant will vacate its existing quarters and move into the entire 8,866-square-foot 7th floor in January, pending build-out of the space.
With this latest transaction, the property — which continues to benefit from a multimillion dollar capital improvement program — has only 6,079 s/f of rentable office space remaining.
“Quality office space in a prime Midtown location is always in demand,” said Muss Development Principal Jason Muss. “The capital improvements we have made are clearly resonating with a diversity of new and existing tenants.
