SL Green Realty Corp has signed a 10-year, 20,132 S/F lease covering the entire 7th and portion 6th floors at 10 East 53rd Street with Ermenegildo Zegna Corporation, an Italian designer of high-end men’s clothing and accessories.
Zegna will house its corporate office and showrooms at the building.

“This is yet another endorsement of the success of the building re-positioning as one of the finest boutique office towers in the Plaza District.”
SL Green recently completed a comprehensive redevelopment of the building which includes a new and expanded lobby, redesigned façade, new windows, new plazas, new elevator cabs, public area art program and enhanced infrastructure.
Don Preate from Jones Lang LaSalle represented Zegna in the transaction, while David Kaufman from SL Green represented the landlord inhouse.
